Forgot your password? Your business admin resets it.

Account help, including what happens if you are the owner

22 guides to help you get oriented.

Getting started

How do I get started?

Create an account in the console and follow its steps. Sign-up uses your email address and a password, then an email verification code, and you must be 18 or older. You also set up two-step sign-in with an authenticator app (required within 7 days) and create your business. To look around first, take the product tour.

Which account path should I choose?

Choose Business for your own business workspace. Choose Agency / Vendor to experience managing client services, or Affiliate for the separate referral pathway. You can learn about both partner paths on the agencies page.

What can I use today?

You can experience sample Storage Vault, mail, website, staff and support workflows, plus limited product help. ERP + CRM is in early access; live purchasing and the full integrated service are still in development. The availability guide lists each product’s status.

Account access & recovery

How do I sign in to an existing account?

Use the console sign-in page with your email address and password. Returning users use the existing account; creating a new account is not a password-reset method.

Who helps with a password or account-access request?

Employees of a direct business should contact their responsible business administrator. Agency-managed clients should use their managing agency’s support process. Where available in your console, open the relevant account-access or password-help category.

A closed preview support ticket does not reset a password. Do not include passwords, verification codes or recovery secrets in a ticket.

Can Assistant recover my account?

No. Assistant product help can explain the support path, but it does not decide recovery, reset passwords or grant permissions. Use the responsible business administrator or managing agency.

Files & storage

What is the difference between shared folders and Employee Storage Vault?

Company folders hold shared business content with explicit permissions. Employee Storage Vault is a separate personal space within the intended product policy. Assigning storage or shared-folder access does not grant access to another employee’s private contents.

Why can someone view a file but not download or change it?

View, add, update, download and delete are separate permissions in the product model. Your responsible administrator or authorized shared-file delegate determines the permitted operations for the relevant company content.

How do I get more storage?

The confirmed business add-ons are +250 GB for $7.50/month, +500 GB for $15/month, +1 TB for $25/month, renewing on the first of each month. Review the storage catalog. Checkout is not yet available, and a preview purchase draft does not add capacity. The original 250 GB business pool and purchased storage add-ons are shared by mail, files, websites and eligible customer backups. Each additional website uses that same pool; it does not receive a new allowance.

Mail & websites

Does a preview mail draft send a real email?

No. Mail preview workflows use sample messages and drafts. Real business mailbox provisioning, delivery and the connected lifecycle are still in development.

Does saving a website edit publish it?

Website edits in the private preview are drafts. They do not publish a live customer site. Live hosting and publication require the planned authorized service workflow.

What do the website quality scores mean?

The preview can display imported Lighthouse SEO, performance, accessibility and best-practices reports. Lighthouse reports describe page quality. They do not provide visitor counts, keyword rankings, backlinks or uptime history. Automated live audits and separate analytics integrations are still being built.

Agency & client workspaces

Can every agency employee access every client?

No. The intended agency model uses explicit client assignments and capabilities. The private preview demonstrates those controls. Live agency identity, delegation and service authority are still being qualified.

Can agency clients use ERP and Arbam chat?

ERP + CRM is in early access, free for all users through . Core subscribers who qualify by that date keep it included for life. From , new core subscriptions exclude ERP + CRM; it becomes a $24/month add-on. It is in early access, and paid checkout is not open.

Arbam chat remains exclusive to businesses registered directly with GridOnBoard. Agency-managed clients are excluded from the current Arbam chat offer.

Can client storage be pooled across the agency?

No. Storage is assigned to a specific client business. Unused space from one business does not become a shared agency pool, and preview purchase drafts do not override the client’s allowance policy.

Pricing & purchasing

Are the listed storage prices for the whole suite?

No. Core is planned at $26 per business per month, with 250 GB shared by mail, files, websites and eligible backups, one website, and business email without per-address core fees. Domain registration and renewal are separate. Paid checkout is not open. The smaller prices buy additional capacity, not the whole package. Core and add-on terms.

Can I pay or activate a service from this site?

No. This site has no active checkout. The purchase-to-service activation workflow is still in development. It does not collect payment details or provision services.

What happens with a purchase partway through the month?

The confirmed storage renewal date is the first of each month. Mid-month charging and proration are still being finalized, so this site does not quote an initial prorated charge.

Before you start

What is included in the planned core?

Core is planned at $26 per business per month, with 250 GB shared by mail, files, websites and eligible backups, one website, and business email without per-address core fees. Domain registration and renewal are separate. Paid checkout is not open.

Calendar is a limited pilot and Arbam chat is in early access. Check each product’s delivery status.

Can I see the product without creating an account?

Yes. The public walkthrough uses labelled synthetic business examples. The interactive preview requires an account and email verification; no card is required.

Will choosing migration change my existing services?

No. It records a preview preference. Provider selections remain in your private rehearsal. It does not change DNS, buy a domain, fetch your website or move production data. Read the migration plan.

What can the Assistant do today?

Requested drafting and meeting assistance in a private pilot. Wider summaries, website generation and SEO are planned; account-wide opt-out is being qualified.

Read the AI and data policy. Current permissions still apply to every task.

Need help with your account?

Use the support flow in your console, or your responsible business administrator. Agency-managed clients should contact their managing agency. This website does not submit a ticket.

If you are the only owner and cannot sign in, the independent external recovery route is not yet operational. This remains a launch requirement; do not create a replacement account or send secrets here.
