GridOnBoard Community standards

No hate.
Respect every person.

Business communities work when people can participate without being threatened, degraded or targeted for who they are or what they believe.

Standards version: 15 September 2026. These rules apply to Community posts, edits, company discussions, comments, profiles and uploaded media. Community posting and automated enforcement are being built; the standards are available to read now.

Everyone belongs

No religious hatred.
No exceptions for the target.

Islamophobia and anti-Muslim hate, anti-Christian hate (sometimes called Christianophobia), and antisemitism are not accepted. The same protection applies to people of every religion and to people with no religion.

No hateful targeting

Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, or encourage discrimination or violence against people because of religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected identity.

Discussion is welcome

Respectful disagreement, criticism of ideas, religions, institutions, governments or policies, and discussion of current events are allowed. Mentioning a religion or criticizing an idea is not itself hate against people. Context matters, including education, reporting abuse and clearly attributed quotations.

Keep it appropriate

Do not post pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, obscene harassment, credible threats, doxxing, scams, malware or targeted abuse. Do not impersonate others, manufacture achievements or use Community for spam.

Checks, review and action

Hidden while we review.

The following moderation process is planned for the Community launch. It must be tested and connected before posting is enabled.

  1. Check each revision. Each new post, comment, edit or media submission must pass the applicable safety checks. A changed version is checked again. Content supplied for moderation is not permission to access anyone’s mail, files or unrelated company discussions.
  2. Hide flagged content immediately. A flag temporarily hides the affected content and alerts GridOnBoard moderators. A flag is a request for review, not a statement about the author’s intent or beliefs.
  3. Allow six hours for a moderation decision. The clock begins when that exact revision is flagged. Moderators can restore it, remove it, or place it on an explicit review hold. Editing does not dismiss an unresolved case.
  4. Remove automatically if there is no decision. At the six-hour deadline, an unresolved flagged revision is removed from Community. Removal notices identify the applicable standards category, explain the automated action and provide an appeal route. A delivery problem must not leave harmful content public.
  5. Provide an appeal. Automated checks can be wrong. Ask for a human review using the case reference in the notice. We will not treat a good-faith appeal as another violation.

A public removal ends access through Community. A restricted evidence copy may be kept for up to 30 days to handle appeals and review mistakes, then deleted under the retention process. Minimal moderation audit records are separate. Removal cannot erase copies already obtained by other people or search engines.

Privacy and fairness

Review content.
Protect people.

Only authorized moderators may review a flagged case. Private company comments must not become public in a report, notification, search result or appeal.

Community safety checks are a condition of posting, separate from optional writing assistance. Turning off the optional assistant does not turn off moderation. Submitted content must not be used to train a shared model without a separate lawful basis and any required permission. We do not make safety decisions from a person’s religion or identity; the focus is the content and context.

Account restrictions for repeated or severe violations require a recorded decision under the applicable account policy. A single uncertain automated flag does not automatically label someone a malicious user or block an unrelated business.

When Community opens, its reporting and appeal controls will be linked here and included in notices. Until then, see Help & support for the current support experience.
