Hi Alex, thanks for picking this up. Can we confirm the revised timeline by Friday? The updated drawings are attached.

Container cleared customs this morning.
Delivery confirmed for Thursday.
Great, I’ll let the client know.
GridOnBoard runs the service. Your business decides who gets in, what they can do and who resets a password. Not us.
Only your business owner, the admins you choose and, if you use one, the agency you appoint can reset your team’s passwords. GridOnBoard respects your data and protects your privacy.
Every account must set up an authenticator app within 7 days. After that: no code, no access to the business.
Access is given person by person and permission by permission, and enforced on our servers and in the database, not just hidden on screen.
Each business is kept separate in the database itself. No other business can see your mail, files or records.
Remove a person’s access and the business keeps its client mail and files. A job title never unlocks admin powers.
Uploads are virus-scanned in a separate, isolated system before anyone can download them.
Mailbox handover and some controls are still in preview or development. See product availability.
A client mailbox can belong to the project. When a colleague leaves, revoke their access and assign a replacement through their own account.
Give each employee their own sign-in. Access can be removed without erasing business correspondence.
Keep an independent mailbox history for a client or project. Adding an address does not add a core subscription fee.
An alias points to a mailbox. It does not create a separate inbox or independent message history.
No ten-address cap is proposed. Storage, sending limits and abuse controls still apply. Customer mailbox provisioning and the full handover lifecycle remain in development.
Mail, files, websites and eligible customer backups share one 250 GB business pool. Space is shared; access is permissioned. A shared allowance does not give every employee access to every file.
Put capacity where the work needs it. Expand the allowance for that business as it grows.
